WHO WE ARE
OUR HISTORY
Calvary Assembly of God, established in 1955, has been a significant part of the community since its inception. The current Family Life Center was the primary building until 2002, when a new building was constructed. Calvary has a history of supporting missions, empowering youth for ministry, and engaging with the community. For decades, the corner of Florida and Johnston has been a safe gathering place for worship.

Our mission is to lead people into an authentic, life changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our beliefs align with the 16 Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God.
OUR VISION
Our goal is to change the world through the power of faith. We believe that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things with the help of God. Our church is dedicated to spreading God's glory every week, and we prioritize missions and the Great Commission. We are proud to give generously to missions.
OUR CORE VALUES
Our church values reflect who we are and what we aim to express. Our heart is after God's Presence, which can transform a person's life in one encounter. Our heart is also generous, as we believe in giving our best to receive a new best from God. We have a global vision and pray for the salvation of nations and people who have not heard the Gospel. Our heart is also for the next generation, and we will do anything to help them know Jesus. Lastly, we prioritize unity in our staff, church, and with other churches preaching the Gospel. No gossiping allowed.
